Happy 2008! As I reflect on 2007, I realize that there is one element in my life that is missing and that is time. Like many of you, I feel that the days pass much too quickly. Don’t you wish you could stretch out these great moments? Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a life strategy that would create a more meaningful life?
This week on my podcast show I talk to Giovanni Livera, the author of Live a Thousand Years, a parable that teaches you how to live twelve times the life experience of an average person. Many people measure their time by clocks, but he suggests measuring time by moments and experiences. Instead of making resolutions that you throw in the trash by the end of the month, Giovanni talks about the ‘reset’. Like rebooting your computer, you reset as often as you need to. With small nutrition and lifestyle changes that are lifelong solutions, the path to a happier and healthier lifestyle is easier to follow than you may think.
