		<description>Well said!  After being a restaurant owner for over 30 yrs I can personally attest that residential kitchens are far more contaminated than good commercial kitchens.  Bleach should become your best friend in the kitchen.</description>

1. they can become extremely hot in one minute - especially in the interior if the dishrag is folded over - this can lead to serious scald burns.
2. both sponges and dishrags are subject to catching fire in a microwave oven - this has to do with their dielectric (microwave heating) properties. Please correct and warn your readers.</description>
