The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) released their "top 20" foods in terms of antioxidant content. Remember, antioxidants are those naturally found compounds in food that neutralize the damaging effects of free radicals (formed from oxidation to your cells).

Increasing your intake of antioxidants from food results in improved immune function as well as protection against heart disease and cancer. Add some of these foods to your diet today:
