There’s still time to get you body in shape for summer. Start by setting a couple of specific goals for yourself. Instead of saying “this week I’m going to cook healthier meals” say…”this week I’m going to prepare three meals with less meat and more vegetables.” If you love soft drinks, instead of saying “I won’t drink as many regular soft drinks this week”, put a specific number on it, and lower that number the following week. Post your weekly goals each Monday on your refrigerator and evaluate your accomplishments on the following Sunday.
