Quick Tip of the Week

So What Can You Eat?

As an alternate to fast food or take out, I decided to check out one of the trendy meal assembly kitchens. The meal assembly stations have the recipe and all the ingredients right in front of you. The prep work has all been done and you don’t cook. All you do is put the ingredients into a freezer bag or container, wrap it and place a sticker with the written cooking instructions on the outside. You can assemble a meal in about six minutes and it’s ready to go home with you to eat that day or freeze for later.
